every mêidale piece carries a 90-day legal warranty from the day you receive it, under the brazilian consumer protection code. it covers craftsmanship flaws — seams that came undone on their own, embroidery that slipped, stuffing that lost its shape without unusual use.
what it does not cover
the natural wear of play (that's a sign of love!), stains, machine washing or harsh products, tears from tug-of-war and repairs made by third parties. when in doubt, send us a photo — we'll look at it with care.
how to claim
write to suporte@meidaledolls.com.br with your order number and photos of the detail. we reply within 2 business days with the next steps. if it is a craftsmanship flaw, we repair or replace it at no cost — shipping included.
