a gentle bath
wash by hand, in cold water with mild soap. no washing machine, no bleach, no hard scrubbing — press gently to clean, then press out the excess water. never wring.
drying
dry in the shade, somewhere airy. before storing, make sure the stuffing is completely dry so no damp smell settles in.
day to day
tidy wool hair with your fingers and store in a dry spot, away from direct sun. a loose stitch or tired embroidery? send us a photo — small repairs we can teach you or fix at the studio.
