the site presents our creations and the doll customizer; cart and payment happen in our store hosted on nuvemshop. the two work together as a single mêidale experience.
purchases, prices & timelines
prices, shipping and timelines are shown before you place an order and may change without notice — what was published at the time of purchase is what counts. custom orders follow exactly the choices recorded in the customizer.
intellectual property
the photos, texts, the mêidale brand and the design of the dolls are ours (or licensed). feel free to be inspired, but do not use or reproduce them commercially without permission.
responsibilities
we care for every step, but we are not liable for outages beyond our control (carriers, platforms, the internet). the site is offered “as is”, with no warranties beyond those required by law.
law & jurisdiction
these terms follow brazilian law. the courts of vitória, espírito santo, brazil are elected, without prejudice to your home jurisdiction as guaranteed by the consumer protection code.
