who we are
this policy explains how mêidale dolls, a handcraft studio run by an individual maker, handles your personal data, in line with the brazilian general data protection law (lgpd, law 13.709/2018).
what we collect
data you give us when buying or writing to us (name, e-mail, phone, address, order items) and browsing data collected by cookies (pages visited, device, approximate region).
why we use it
to make and deliver your order, answer messages, meet legal obligations and, if you opt in, send news. we do not sell your data.
who we share it with
only those who need it for your order to happen: our store platform (nuvemshop), payment providers, correios/carriers and google and meta tools for statistics and ads. each partner processes data under its own policies and the lgpd.
your rights
you may request access, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and withdraw consent, at any time, by writing to suporte@meidaledolls.com.br. we answer within the timeframes set by the lgpd.
storage & security
we keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal retention periods (tax records, for example). we use secure connections (https) and restricted access to information.
