almost everything here is sewn after your order arrives. production takes up to 30 business days from payment confirmation. ready-to-ship pieces leave within 3 business days.
delivery
we ship all over brazil with correios (pac or sedex), and we also ship abroad — for international orders, write to us before buying so we can arrange the shipping. transport time adds to production time, and the shipping cost shows at checkout, calculated from your postal code.
tracking
as soon as your parcel leaves the studio, you get the tracking code by e-mail. if anything odd happens along the way, talk to us and we'll chase it.
