exchange for defects
if your piece arrived with a craftsmanship flaw, let us know within 90 days. we'll arrange a repair, an exchange or a refund — whatever works best for you.
how to request
e-mail suporte@meidaledolls.com.br with your order number, the reason and, for defects, photos. we'll send you a postage code — return shipping is on us. the piece should come back with its tags and, if possible, in the original packaging.
